Terms of Service

Last updated 14 October 2026

These terms apply when you use DineXp, provided by DineXp AI (“DineXp”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use DineXp for a business, you confirm that you may accept these terms on its behalf.

1. The service

DineXp is an AI account manager for small businesses. It plans social media posts, makes images and short videos, drafts replies to reviews and comments, researches what’s coming up and suggests what to do next. Restaurants can also use a DineXp page, menus, TV boards and QR codes.

We improve the service all the time, so features may change. If we remove something important to a paid plan, we will tell you in advance.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 and give us accurate information.
  • Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
  • Anyone you give access to your business acts on your behalf.
  • Tell us straight away if you think someone has used your account without permission.

3. You approve what goes out

DineXp never publishes a post, sends a reply or changes your brand without your approval. When you approve something, it is published as your business, and you are responsible for it.

Content made with AI can contain mistakes. Check prices, dates, opening hours, offers and any claims before you approve them. Suggestions, research and reports are there to help you decide; they are not professional, legal or financial advice.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you give us: photos, logos, menus, products, messages and posts. You give us permission to store, process, edit and publish that content, and to send it to our service providers, only so far as needed to provide the service to you.

You confirm that you have the rights to the content you upload, including photos of people and other brands’ marks, and that it does not break anyone’s rights or the law.

What DineXp makes for you is yours to use for your business once you have approved or downloaded it. Similar results may be made for other customers, because AI tools can produce similar output.

5. Connected accounts and other platforms

When you connect a social media or business listing platform, you authorise us to access and publish to it on your behalf. Those platforms’ own terms also apply, and they may change or limit what we can do. We are not responsible for their availability, decisions or policies.

6. Plans, credits and payment

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in South African rand, in advance, through our payment provider.
  • Each plan includes a monthly allowance of credits, which resets at the start of each calendar month. Unused monthly credits don't carry over.
  • Images and video use credits; planning, writing, research and replies don't. The cost is shown before anything that uses credits.
  • Top-up credits stay valid for six months from your latest top-up and are used once your monthly allowance runs out.
  • Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
  • You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and then moves to the free plan.
  • Fees already paid are not refundable, except where the law (including the Consumer Protection Act) requires it.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. Changes apply from your next billing period.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use DineXp to:

  • Publish anything unlawful, misleading, defamatory, hateful, or that infringes someone else's rights.
  • Post fake reviews, impersonate others or mislead customers.
  • Send spam or break the rules of the platforms you connect.
  • Interfere with, reverse engineer or overload the service, or access other customers' data.

We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, including your customers’ reviews and comments. Where we process your customers’ personal information for you, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to share it with us.

9. Our property

DineXp, its software, design and brand belong to us or our licensors. These terms give you the right to use the service, not to copy, sell or build on it.

10. Suspension and ending

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if payment fails, or if the law requires us to. Where we can, we will give notice first so you can download your content.

11. Our responsibility to you

We work hard to keep DineXp available and accurate, but we provide it “as is” and can’t promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will deliver particular business results.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits or lost business, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act or other law that cannot be excluded.

You agree to cover us for claims that arise from content you approved or uploaded, or from your breach of these terms.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa. If a dispute comes up, please talk to us first; we will try to resolve it within 30 days. If we can’t, the South African courts have jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and tell account holders about significant changes before they take effect. Continuing to use DineXp after that means you accept the updated terms.
