Ask for anything

Say it the way you’d say it to a colleague.

“Write a job ad for a weekend barista.” “What are other salons nearby charging for a blow-dry?” “A poster for Saturday’s open day.” It says what it’s about to do, then you watch it happen, and what it makes is kept for you to change.

  • Looks things up on the web and tells you what it found.
  • Writes job ads, emails, notices and menus, kept in your library.
  • Reads the photos and PDFs you send it.
  • Makes images and short videos from your own photos and brand.
  • Remembers what you tell it, in a notebook you can read and change.

Not just marketing

The jobs that eat your evenings.

Not everything is a post. Hand it the questions you haven’t had time to look into, the writing you keep putting off and the PDFs nobody wants to read.

You asked · 09:14

What are salons nearby charging for a blow-dry?

I read five price lists: R250 to R380, most around R300, and two include a treatment. Want yours next to them?

“Waited forty minutes on Saturday.”

Kojo, that’s too long and I’m sorry. Saturday caught us short-staffed; we’ve added a second person on weekends. I’d love another chance to do it properly.

Weeks ahead

Holidays, local events, what’s trending in your line of work: the few worth acting on go on its radar, with the day it’ll look again. What needs you arrives as a task with its steps. Do it, hand it over, or drop it.

Questions

Answers before you ask.

What is Hey Teammate?

An AI teammate for small business. It looks things up, writes what you need, makes images and short videos, keeps a to-do list with you, watches what's coming and runs your social media. You approve everything public, in the dashboard or on WhatsApp.

What can I ask it?

What you'd hand a capable assistant: look something up, write a job ad or an email, read a supplier's PDF, make a poster or a short video, or plan next week. It says what it's about to do, and keeps what it makes for you to change.

Does it post or reply on its own?

No. Every post, reply and brand change waits for your approval.

Can it reply to Google reviews?

Yes. New Google reviews, comments and messages each get a reply drafted in your voice as they come in, for you to approve. A complaint or a booking becomes a task for you.

Which networks does it post to?

Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, your Google Business listing, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest and Threads.

How does it stay on-brand?

It works from your brand page, your own photos and products, and the voice of what you've posted before. You can point at anything it made and ask for a change.

Can I approve on WhatsApp?

Yes. Link your number with a code from the dashboard. It sends you what's waiting and you reply yes or no; anything else you write is a message to it.

Can I change what it does each week?

Yes. Its routines are written in plain words, on the days and times you choose. Change one, switch it off, run it now, or ask for a new one in a conversation.

What does it need from me?

Your business's name, where it's online and a few photos.

Is it only for restaurants?

No. It works for any small business: salons, shops, trades, gyms, clinics, and hospitality from restaurants and cafés to guesthouses and venues.

Can my team use it?

Yes. Invite people by link, and owners choose each person's role. Every plan includes your whole team.

What does it cost?

The first 30 days are free: it does the work, and you post it yourself. Plans are billed monthly in rands by how many networks it posts to, each with credits for the month. Pictures and videos use the most credits.

Is it available in South Africa?

Yes. Hey Teammate is built in South Africa, bills in rands and supports WhatsApp for getting in touch.

Ready when you are

Hand it your first job.

Name it, tell it where you’re online, and ask it for something. Or book a walkthrough, and we’ll open it on your own business.
